Rent the entire waterfront Barn House and gardens for your family vacation or group retreat accommodating a maximum of 10 guests. Deposit is fully refundable if home is not damaged.
Minimum 3 night stay between May 1st - Sept 30th: $1,200 + tax with $200 damage deposit (Up to 4 guests), $1,500 + tax with $300 damage deposit (5-10 guests).
Minimum 3 night stay between Oct 1st - April 30th: $1,000 + tax with $200 damage deposit (Up to 4 guests), $1,300 + tax with $300 damage deposit (5-10 guests).
Full week (7 nights) between May 1st - Sept 30th: $2,500 + tax with $400 damage deposit (Up to 10 guests)
Full week (7 nights) between Oct 1st - April 30th: $2,200 + tax with $400 damage deposit (Up to 10 guests)
