We're nestled along the scenic Dungeness Spit in Sequim, Washington, overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Just far enough from town to feel peaceful, and close enough to still grab a good coffee or catch a sunset dinner.

This isn't just a place to sleep - it's a lovingly restored 1920s barn wrapped in gardens, sea air, and old-fashioned hospitality. We offer a slower pace, coastal views, and a touch of whimsy (with a few resident chickens and dogs for good measure).

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Yes! Early check-in can be added to your reservation and includes a warm welcome, a guided tour of the property, and a little something to nibble on with a glass of wine. You will find this as an add-on when you make your reservation (Late check-out may be available upon request.)

Yes, we're open through all four seasons - and Sequim wears each of them beautifully. Our slower months are October - March and with seasonal rates and packages. October is my favorite month in Sequim.

Yes. The 3 suites have their own private baths with fresh towels, toiletries, and plenty of hot water. The Comfee Room is an add on to Stable #1 or 2 and shares the bathroom.

The Private Waterfront Studio is in a separate building and includes a small fully stocked kitchen. The Suites in the Barn House have access to pantry and refreshment areas.

Yes, free and reliable - perfect for sending sunset photos to friends who wish they were here.

Each space is comfortably equipped for year-round stays. We have no need for air conditioning with windows that open and close with a lovely sea breeze and the sound of the ocean day and night and the mild Sequim temperatures, we do provide fans. Each room has its own heaters, so you can adjust temperatures to your liking.

We offer a complimentary continental breakfast featuring our homemade granola, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and tea.

It's our signature add-on - fresh baguette, local cheeses and meats, smoked salmon or shrimp, warm almond croissants, and French press coffee. Best enjoyed outdoors with sea air and a leisurely heart.

Yes - All add-on breakfasts are delivered. It can be delivered to your suite or served in the gardens, on the patio, or in our covered outdoor room.
