Where is the Dungeness Barn House B&B at Two Crows Farm located?
We're nestled along the scenic Dungeness Spit in Sequim, Washington, overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Just far enough from town to feel peaceful, and close enough to still grab a good coffee or catch a sunset dinner.
What makes your B&B unique?
This isn't just a place to sleep - it's a lovingly restored 1920s barn wrapped in gardens, sea air, and old-fashioned hospitality. We offer a slower pace, coastal views, and a touch of whimsy (with a few resident chickens and dogs for good measure).
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes! Early check-in can be added to your reservation and includes a warm welcome, a guided tour of the property, and a little something to nibble on with a glass of wine. You will find this as an add-on when you make your reservation (Late check-out may be available upon request.)
Are you open year-round?
Yes, we're open through all four seasons - and Sequim wears each of them beautifully. Our slower months are October - March and with seasonal rates and packages. October is my favorite month in Sequim.
What's included with my stay?
Complimentary continental breakfast, cozy linens, outdoor seating areas, Wi-Fi, private parking, and that little bit of Barn House magic.
Accommodations & Amenities
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes. The 3 suites have their own private baths with fresh towels, toiletries, and plenty of hot water. The Comfee Room is an add on to Stable #1 or 2 and shares the bathroom.
Is there a kitchen or kitchenette available?
The Private Waterfront Studio is in a separate building and includes a small fully stocked kitchen. The Suites in the Barn House have access to pantry and refreshment areas.
Are linens, towels, and toiletries provided?
Of course - soft linens, plush towels, and essential toiletries are ready and waiting.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?
Yes, free and reliable - perfect for sending sunset photos to friends who wish they were here.
Is there air conditioning or heating in the rooms?
Each space is comfortably equipped for year-round stays. We have no need for air conditioning with windows that open and close with a lovely sea breeze and the sound of the ocean day and night and the mild Sequim temperatures, we do provide fans. Each room has its own heaters, so you can adjust temperatures to your liking.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, private parking is available for all guests.
Breakfast & Enhancements
What kind of breakfast is included?
We offer a complimentary continental breakfast featuring our homemade granola, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and tea.
What is the "Quintessential French Breakfast"?
It's our signature add-on - fresh baguette, local cheeses and meats, smoked salmon or shrimp, warm almond croissants, and French press coffee. Best enjoyed outdoors with sea air and a leisurely heart.
Can breakfast be delivered to my room or enjoyed outdoors?
Yes - All add-on breakfasts are delivered. It can be delivered to your suite or served in the gardens, on the patio, or in our covered outdoor room.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy-free requests with advance notice.
How do I order enhancements like early check-in, nibble boards, or flowers?
You can add enhancements when you book your stay or contact us ahead of your arrival. We love helping guests make their getaway extra special.
Property Experience
Can I walk down to the private beach or deck?
Absolutely - it's one of our guests' favorite features. The beach deck offers a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets, sunrise and migrating wildlife.
Are there gardens or outdoor seating areas for guests?
Yes! You will find cozy nooks everywhere with seating. Lavender beds, espalier apple trees, pond and even in our organic vegteable garden where you can sit and watch the chickens.
Can I meet the resident dogs and chickens?
You bet. Big Boy and Archie (our lovable pups) are often out and about, and the hens might even offer up a fresh egg or two.
Are there quiet spaces for reading, writing, or meditation?
Yes - the gardens, greenhouse, and waterfront deck are perfect for peaceful moments.
Do you offer tours of the property?
Yes, we do offer tours for individuals or groups. Tours must be scheduled in advance by phone.

What activities are nearby?
We're minutes from lavender farms, hiking trails, wineries, and the Dungeness Spit. There's plenty to explore. Check out our Activities page for information about local restaurants, hikes, shops and ideas for things to do.
How far are you from downtown Sequim?
About a 10-minute drive - close enough for dinner, far enough for starry skies.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation within our posted policy. Details are provided at booking.
Are pets allowed?
At this time, we do not allow guest pets - but you'll get plenty of love from our furry residents.
Is smoking permitted on the property?
No smoking in rooms or common areas. Designated outdoor areas may be available.
Do you have a minimum night stay requirement?
Yes, typically a two-night minimum. (Trust us - one night is never enough.)
What happens if I arrive after check-in hours?
Please contact us ahead of time, and we'll do our best to make arrangements.
